I think that it would be very good for you, but start slowly 0,5 g, wait an hour, increase; you won't feel much, but it will give you the vibe. Next time, try 1g. Be sure to be in a place where you will feel comfortable; stay attentive to what's happening within you. That's it.

i took a stem estimating it at around .5 gram, prob made a mistake. i went on a trip, i did not like it. but while i came down or after i felt really good, maybe because i was glad a bad trip ended. macrodosing now just started, don't feel effects of shrooms.
i meant micro, thanks for asking, bought a scale, n its in powder form now, will keep experimenting, i would not mind a small high as i am off weed now.
Suffering from anxiety as well, I can say that no matter what dosage level I take, the 'come up' is always pretty tough. I need to be outside (in the forest) and moving. After that however the anxiety tends to disappear completely and I can feel what almost seems like some sort of wisdom being imparted on me. It's hard to describe obviously. I should also say that I seem to be very sensitive to psilocybin / psilocin - I can definitely feel a 100mg microdose.
100mg, I never tried that low; I can feel 400mg but it's faint
the feeling I get has more to do with wisdom than anxiety; cannabis gave me more fright in my life than psychedelics
the presence of nature is certainly a good way to keep you on the positive side
